Approved — public
Version v2.2-web.1Effective: 28 April 2026

Status

Audit performed 28 April 2026. The site runs no analytics, no advertising tags, no third-party product analytics, and shows no consent banner because no consent-requiring cookies are set. If that changes, this page and a consent control will be updated together.

Summary

The short version: this website does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Forms post directly to our own server, and only the cookies needed to keep the site working may be set by our hosting provider.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They are commonly used to remember preferences, keep you signed in, measure how a site is used, or serve advertising. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) serve the same purposes.

What this site uses

Essential / infrastructure cookies only. These may be set by our hosting provider to deliver the site reliably, balance traffic, and protect against abuse. They do not identify you and are not used for tracking or advertising. They are permitted under most privacy frameworks without consent because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested.

What we do NOT use

  • No third-party analytics platforms.
  • No advertising tags or marketing pixels.
  • No third-party product analytics or session replay.
  • No third-party social tracking pixels.
  • No consent-requiring cookies, which is why no consent banner is displayed.

Forms, fonts, and embedded content

The contact and waitlist forms post directly to our own server. The server records the submission you make and the consent metadata described in our Privacy notice. No third-party form-capture provider is involved.

Web fonts are loaded from a third-party font provider. Loading a font may share standard request metadata (your IP address, user-agent) with the font provider as part of normal HTTP delivery. This is not used by BRE for analytics.

Managing cookies

You can clear, block, or limit cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, parts of the site may behave unexpectedly.

Changes to this notice

If we ever introduce analytics, advertising, or any cookie that requires consent, we will update this page and add a clear consent control before that cookie is set. The version label and effective date at the top of this page identify the current publication.
