Status

Web-native summary. No clinical, medical, or therapeutic services are offered or implied. All activity participation is subject to personal responsibility, with full terms in the Guest Legal Pack v2.2 (Sections A.3–A.4).

Overview

BRE designs structured retreat editions with a focus on calm, considered programming. Activities may include movement, stillness, breathwork, shared meals, walks, and conversation. They are wellbeing-oriented, not clinical, and your participation in any activity is voluntary.

Not a medical service

Nothing on this website or within a BRE edition constitutes medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, or other regulated healthcare advice or treatment. BRE does not provide diagnoses, prescribe interventions, or hold itself out as a licensed clinical provider in any jurisdiction.

If you have a health concern, consult an appropriately qualified professional before participating.

Personal responsibility

Each guest is responsible for assessing whether a given activity is appropriate for their physical, mental, and emotional condition on any given day, and for opting out at any point without penalty. Listen to your body. Speak up. Step out.

Pre-edition disclosures

On confirmation, guests are asked to disclose any conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs that we should be aware of so we can support a safe experience. Disclosures are kept confidential and shared only with delivery staff who need them to do their job.

On-site conduct

BRE editions are shared spaces. We expect respectful, considerate conduct from all guests, partners, and crew. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or end any activity for safety reasons, and to ask any participant who breaches conduct expectations to leave. The full conduct framework is in the Guest Legal Pack v2.2.

Emergencies and insurance

BRE works with venue and partner operators on local emergency procedures. Local emergency services are the first responders in any medical incident. Confirmed guests are required to hold their own travel and medical insurance covering the edition dates and activities; BRE does not provide guest insurance.

Right to decline or modify participation

BRE reserves the right to decline a booking, modify a programme, or end a guest’s participation where, in our reasonable assessment, continuation would create a safety risk to that guest or others. The full terms are in Section A.3 of the Guest Legal Pack v2.2.

Changes to this position

We may update this page. The version label and effective date at the top identify the current publication. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version label.
