Boutique Retreat Experiences (“BRE”, “we”, “us”) is a UAE-based entity that designs and operates structured retreat editions. Editions are delivered across multiple jurisdictions through partner venues, instructors, and operators.

This website provides information about BRE editions, partners, and journal content, and accepts general enquiries and waitlist registrations. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the forms, APIs, or content.

When you submit the contact or waitlist form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to submit it. We process submissions for the purpose of responding to you and operating our waitlist — see the Privacy notice for detail.

The waitlist is an expression of interest only. It does not reserve a place at any edition, does not constitute a contract, and creates no obligation on either side.

No retreat bookings, payments, or ticket sales are taken via this website. When an edition opens, confirmed guests receive a separate booking flow with the full Guest Legal Pack v2.2 (terms, ticket terms, risk acknowledgement, and privacy notice). Acceptance of those documents is required before any payment is processed.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of regulated travel services or licensed medical, therapeutic, or clinical care.

The BRE name, logo, brand marks, photography, copy, and site design are owned by or licensed to BRE. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

We provide the website and its content on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Liability arising from a confirmed booking is governed by the Guest Legal Pack v2.2 issued at the time of booking, not by this page.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date and version label at the top of this page identify the current publication. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version label.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence. Disputes arising from a confirmed booking are governed by the dispute-resolution clauses of the Guest Legal Pack v2.2.
